Return and Refund Policy
Committed to protecting customers with the following return policy and guarantee:
If the product is damaged (due to the supplier), it will be considered for return or exchange.
If the product is not defective, it will not be eligible for return.
Return Policy
Within the first 7 days:

Exchange: No cost required.
Return: Free return, free shipping.
Within the first 3 months:

Warranty: Does not support product returns.
How to Return a Product
After receiving the return request, pack the product in its original condition before returning it (including gifts and accessories, if any) and take it to the nearest designated post office for shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support home pickup for returns.

I. Reasons for Accepting a Return and Refund
1. The product meets the return and exchange requirements:
The product received does not match the order in terms of quantity, details, or model.
The product is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect (technical issues, design flaws, internal defects, or quality inconsistencies) or is damaged during shipping (deformation, scratches, impact damage, cracks, etc.).
2. Changes in customer usage needs:
The product may be returned if the customer changes their usage needs. However, acceptance of the return will depend on the business policy at the time of the request.
II. Requirements for Returned Products
1. Conditions for Returning a Product:
The product must not be on the restricted return list.
The product must be complete, including all accessories (manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and any free gifts (if applicable).
The product must be clean, free of unusual odors, and have no visible signs of use.
If the product includes storage features, it must not contain personal data.
The customer must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, delivery receipt, or bank statement).
2. Product Return Period:
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, customers have 3 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a fault from the manufacturer or supplier, the customer will receive a free replacement and free return shipping.
If the return is due to a change in customer needs, the customer must cover the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated in the product's return policy.
III. Refund Terms
1. Refund Principles:
The refund method will depend on the customer's original payment method. Adjustments may be made upon request.
If the customer used a promotional code (coupon), the refund will not include the value of the coupon—only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded.
2. Refund Methods:
Customers have the following refund options:

Exchange for another product.
Bank transfer refund (processed within 2–5 business days).
In-store refund (only available at designated stores and not valid for purchases made outside of certain locations).
For customers in different cities, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
If the return is due to a change in customer needs, the refund will be processed to the customer’s card or bank account, or another method determined by the company.
3. Processing Time:
Customers will receive a return request result via email and/or SMS within 2 business days from the date the returned product is received.
If the return request meets all the conditions in Section II, the refund will be processed within:
5–7 business days for non-bank payment methods.
2–3 business days for bank payment methods.
Final Notes:
Customers are advised to keep proof of return shipping until the refund process is completed.
Any disputes regarding the return and refund policy will be resolved in accordance with the company's policy at the time of the request.
