Clean and dry the surface thoroughly.

2. MIX

Mix the epoxy paint and hardener well.

3. SPREAD EVENLY

Use a trowel to evenly spread the epoxy across the entire floor.

4. LET DRY

Allow it to dry for at least 5 hours.

Detailed steps

Step 1: Clean the floor surface

▸Trám kín toàn bộ khe ron

▸ Mask off areas that will not be coated
▸ Ensure the floor surface is fully dry
▸ Roughen the surface for better adhesion
▸ Treat areas with peeling or moisture issues
▸ Seal all joints completely

Step 2: Prepare the mixture

2. Prepare application tools
--> Shake/stir thoroughly before pouring so the colored sand mixes evenly with the epoxy resin
* Note: Colored sand usually settles at the bottom
1. Material components:
- Component B: hardener
- Component A: Epoxy resin + sand
- Stir the mixture evenly
- Mix at a 6:1 ratio (6 parts A : 1 part B)

Step 3: Carry out the application

▸ Use a squeegee/trowel to spread it evenly across the surface
▸ Pour the mixture onto the floor
▸ Let it self-level for about 30 seconds

Step 4: Finishing

▸ Fully cured after 48 hours
▸ Surface dries after 6–8 hours
▸ Light foot traffic possible after 24 hours
▸ When using multiple colors, use masking tape to separate areas to avoid color mixing
▸ Apply within 40 minutes after mixing to prevent the paint from hardening

▸ Mix in the correct ratio and stir thoroughly before use to ensure even curing
