- Within 7 Days: Free replacement or full return with no additional shipping fees.
- Within 3 Months: Warranty support is provided (Returns for refund are not applicable after 7 days).
II. Eligible Returns

- Damage during transit (cracks, scratches, or deformation).
- Change of mind (subject to current business terms).
III. Return Requirements
To process a return, the product must meet the following:
- Submitted within 03 days of delivery.
- Unused, clean, odorless, and in original packaging.
- Includes all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (Invoice/Order ID).
IV. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via the original payment method:
- Bank Transfer: 2 – 5 business days.
- Store Credit: Available immediately for your next order.
- Note: Coupon values are non-refundable; only the actual paid amount will be returned.
Important: Please ensure the product is packed in its original state before returning it to the designated service point. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
