I. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Within 7 Days: Free replacement or full return with no additional shipping fees.
  • Within 3 Months: Warranty support is provided (Returns for refund are not applicable after 7 days).

II. Eligible Returns

  • Manufacturer defects (technical, design, or internal errors).
  • Damage during transit (cracks, scratches, or deformation).
  • Change of mind (subject to current business terms).

III. Return Requirements

To process a return, the product must meet the following:

  • Submitted within 03 days of delivery.
  • Unused, clean, odorless, and in original packaging.
  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (Invoice/Order ID).

IV. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

  • Bank Transfer: 2 – 5 business days.
  • Store Credit: Available immediately for your next order.
  • Note: Coupon values are non-refundable; only the actual paid amount will be returned.
Important: Please ensure the product is packed in its original state before returning it to the designated service point. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
